This Campaign Runs on Neighbors
No PACs, no consultants' machine — just neighbors who Believe in Better and are willing to work for it. Pick a way to help; every one of them matters.

Lend a Hand, Block by Block
A district this size gets won by many hands. The campaign covers ground through its neighbors — walking teams, porch meet-and-greets, sign waves, community events, and good old word of mouth. Tell us how you'd like to help and when you're available, and we'll get you plugged in.
- Walk your own street or join a weekend walking team
- Host a porch chat or backyard meet-and-greet
- Represent the campaign at community events
- Sign-waving, yard signs, and event help
- Spread the word online and on Nextdoor

Chip In — Every Dollar Stays Local
This is a self-funded, neighbor-funded campaign. Contributions buy yard signs, palm cards, and shoe leather — not consultants.
Give Online — Securely
Contributions are processed by Anedot, a platform built specifically for campaign-finance compliance. Give once or monthly, by card or bank — it takes about a minute.
Reading this on a computer? Scan with your phone — it's the same secure page. (You'll see this code on our palm cards and signs, too.)
Prefer another way? Email john@stuartforcitycouncil.com, and we'll arrange it properly.
Alabama law requires us to collect and report contributor information for campaign-finance disclosures. Contributions are not tax-deductible. Paid for by John Stuart for City Council.

Raise a Concern, Get an Answer
Speeding on your street? A drainage problem that floods every spring? A zoning notice you can't decode? Send it over. John reads these himself and answers directly — it's how he plans to run the council office, so it's how he runs the campaign.

Your Turn
What Matters to You?
This platform was built from what neighbors actually talk about — and it stays open for revision. Two questions, no wrong answers:
- What do you love about living here?
- What's the one thing you'd change about our community if you could?
Every response gets read by John — and the answers shape what he fights for, both in this campaign and on the council.
Can't Wait for Election Day?
Some problems shouldn't wait for a new council member. These city resources work today.
